You can order by phone (515-758-2702) or email us. If you want to customize a standard piece or order a completely custom piece it is best to call.

Lead Time

All of our furniture is built to order. In general, we schedule furniture to be built in the order it was received. Usually, you can expect your furniture to be completed and ready 8 to 12 weeks after your deposit is received. If you would like an estimate of lead time based on our current schedule, please call or email.

Ordering in Person

You may visit our workshop and order in person. Our shop is approximately 2 miles west of Earlham, Iowa. For a map, click here for directions. Please call before you come to make sure someone will be available to assist you.

Payment Terms

We accept MasterCard, Visa or Check by mail. We require a 25% deposit when your order is placed with the balance plus shipping and / or tax due upon delivery.

Guarantee and Returns Policy

We are confident you will be pleased with your new De Vries Woodcrafters home furnishing. If, for any reason, you wish to return merchandise, you may do so within 30 days of receipt for a prompt and courteous credit or full refund of your purchase price plus any shipping charges. Our craftsmanship is of the highest quality and is guaranteed against faulty or defective parts and workmanship. All De Vries Woodcrafters products carry a One Year Unconditional Guarantee. 

Delivery

Large items are generally delivered to your home or office by one of our employees. Our delivery area is limited to Iowa and border towns in neighboring states. The cost for delivery depends on where you live. Customers are welcome to pick up furniture at our shop, as well. Small items can be shipped via UPS.
